漢礼慈善基金有限公司為香港特別行政區政府認可的慈善非牟利機構（稅務局檔案編號：91/13727）。為了讓您的善款能安全、清晰地送達，並順利取得稅務扣減，請留意以下捐款及稅務須知：

一、 關於可扣稅電子收據
1. 扣稅資格：根據香港《稅務條例》第 88 條，凡本港居民捐款總額達港幣 $100 或以上，憑本基金會發出之收據，即可在香港申請扣減稅項。
2. 發出方式：本網站已對接電子收據系統。當您的捐款獲得確認後，系統將自動向您登記的電子郵件發送具備本會蓋章與簽名的正式電子收據，以作扣稅之用。
為支持環保，本會不主動郵寄紙本收據。

二、 手動付款（PayMe / 轉數快 FPS）確認流程
由於您選擇的是免手續費的「手動付款」方式，善款將 100% 全數用於慈善項目。請配合以下義工對數流程：
1. 請於轉賬成功後，拍攝或截取付款成功畫面（須清晰顯示交易日期、時間及金額）。
2. 請將該「付款截圖/入數紙」，透過 WhatsApp（+852 6333 0076）或電郵（contact@hanlicharity.org）傳送給我們，並務必註明您的「Shopify 訂單編號」。
3. 團隊與義工在收到您的證明後，會於 1-3 個工作天內在後台核對銀行流水紀錄，並將您的訂單狀態標記為「已付款（Paid）」。
4. 狀態一經標記，系統便會即時且自動發出上述的可扣稅電子收據至您的電郵。

The Hanli Charity Foundation Limited is a recognized charitable institution exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong (File No.: 91/13727). Please read the following guidelines regarding tax receipts and manual payment verification:

1. Tax-Deductible Receipts
- Eligibility: In accordance with the Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong, annual cumulative donations of HK$100 or above are eligible for tax deduction in Hong Kong with our official receipt.
- Issuance: Our website utilizes an automated digital receipt system. Once your donation is verified, an official tax-deductible electronic receipt will be automatically emailed to your registered email address. To stay environmentally friendly, paper receipts will not be mailed by default. 🌱

2. Verification Process for Manual Payments (PayMe / FPS)
By choosing our zero-fee manual payment methods, 100% of your contribution goes directly to our charitable causes. Please assist our volunteers with the following verification steps:
- Upon successful transfer, please take a screenshot or photo of the payment confirmation (ensuring the transaction date, time, and amount are clearly visible).
- Send the payment proof to us via WhatsApp (+852 6333 0076) or email (contact@hanlicharity.org), and please remember to include your "Shopify Order Number".
- Our operations team and volunteers will verify the bank record within 1-3 working days and mark your order status as "Paid".
- Once marked, the system will instantly and automatically issue your tax-deductible electronic receipt to your inbox.
